Boyfriends is a conceptual art installation with more than seventy framed snapshots of the artist with different men. The photos are displayed on a velvet-covered vanity table lit with a Tiffany-style lamp. A tiny pair of crystal earrings lays at the front of the table. The installation was featured in the exhibition "Nothing But Time" at the Southern Exposure Gallery, and in Beltran's solo exhibition "Portraits" at the San Francisco Arts Commission Gallery.
