Capturing Time is a continuing photographic exploration of what it means to convey the concept of time.
The photographic work below, "Sebastien + Sophie + Alex," captures my son Sebastien and his dog Sophie in front of a 1979 artwork by artist Alex Katz, entitled "Boy with Striped Shirt." I purchased the piece in the early 2000s while a young artist, sort of as a substitute child, since I never intended to have children.
But with time, things changed.
